Thermal Insulation Elastic Rubber

The thermal insulation elastic rubber uses silicon rubber substrate, boron nitride, aluminum oxide and other ceramic particles as fillers, and the thermal conductivity effect is very good. Under the same conditions, the thermal impedance is smaller than that of other thermal conductive materials. It is soft, clean, non-polluting and radioactive, and has high insulation. Glass fiber reinforcement provides good mechanical properties, can prevent puncture, shear and tear, and can be equipped with thermal conductive pressure-sensitive adhesive. The thermal conductivity of thermal conductive rubber is not only related to the thickness of thermal conductive material, but also related to the use area of thermal conductive material. Due to the structural relationship of thermal conductive materials, in general, thermal conductive materials are also related to the pressure. When the pressure is high, the thermal conductivity will be strong. Generally, the pressure of heat-conducting materials is 5-100psi, and the installation pressure of most radiators will not exceed 250psi.
Alumina thermal conductive rubber: with good thermal conductivity and beautiful appearance, it is widely used for heat dissipation of communication and other products.
Boron nitride thermal conductive rubber: It has excellent thermal conductivity and is suitable for heat dissipation of high-power devices. Under the same conditions, compared with ordinary thermal conductive materials, it can make the device temperature lower by more than 20 ℃.
Precautions for use:
The above thermal insulation materials are made of silicone rubber. The heat dissipation surface shall be smooth, clean and free of burrs during use to avoid puncturing the rubber sheet and damaging the insulation. The smaller the thermal resistance of the heat-conducting material, the shorter the time to enter the stabilization, and the lower the stabilization temperature. The use of thermal insulation sheet does not need to be supplemented by other materials.
